Are the recipes and meal ideas vegan?

Many of the recipes are vegan, but not all. 

Clean eating is the main focus of the recipes and meals featured. 

Well with Brielle focuses on plant-based eats with some meat options. 


Are you vegan?

No, I am not vegan. However, I recognize that eliminating meats and dairy is the healthiest way to eat.

I rarely buy dairy (Greek Yogurt seems to be the exception) and I almost never buy meat unless it's for special recipes or I'm cooking for someone else.

If I'm going out to a restaurant I will usually eat whatever i want, but this is rare since I cook 95% of the time. 


Will eating this way help me lose weight?

Eating clean will certainly benefit your body.

Nutrition and fitness compliment each other. It's crucial you workout regularly in addition to eating well. 

Well with Brielle does not promote calorie counting or fad dieting.
