Here’s how you can get ready:

  • Mark off the next 3 consecutive days in which you will plan to complete the 3 day challenge. Once the challenge ends, the content will disappear!

  • Schedule at least 30 minutes each day to focus on the 3 day goal setting challenge. I’d recommend doing it whenever you think best. For me and many people that is the morning time.

  • Invite a friend that needs this too! Science shows that peer support is a great reinforcement.
