Here’s how you can get ready:

  • Print the workbook out before you plan to start on Day 1

  • Mark off 7 consecutive days in which you will plan to complete the 5 day workbook. This will give you 2 days to miss just in case

  • Schedule at least 45 minutes each day to focus on the gratitude workbook. I’d recommend doing it in the morning!

  • Invite a friend that needs this too! Science shows that peer support is a great reinforcement.
