During this 12-week course, you will receive weekly lessons and actionable next steps to help you create the happy, healthy lifestyle you desire. 

The lessons included in this course are designed by a Public Health Professional with 7+ years of experience designing health and wellness programs for world-renowned organizations. 

Each lesson provides the framework to allow you to explore your wellbeing needs and create a plan to achieve your overall goals.

In addition to the weekly lessons, you will meet 1 on 1 with Brielle throughout the course to discuss your progress and chat through your wellness goals. Each meeting will be scheduled for approximately 45-60 minutes.

With a Masters in Health Administration (MHA), Brielle is a public health professional that creates wellness and health education resources. In addition to her MHA, she has her Certification as a Health Educator and is a Registered Yoga Teacher.
