Water Challenge: Week 1
You're down for a challenge! AWESOME!
This week focus on keeping your water bottle:
1. filled with water
2. with you at all times
Determine your specific goal!
It's recommended that via the food and water consumed, women get about 91 oz (2.1 liters) of water and men get about 125oz (3.7 liters) of water. Are you entering the challenge as a competitor for the grand prize? Click here for those details!
Additionally, take the time to research or talk to your Primary Care Provider about how much water is best for you.
Next write your water intake goal down! The Daily Goal Tracker is perfect for this!
The overall goal of this challenge to consistently drink a sufficient amount of water daily and choose water over SSBs 90% of the time.

Monitor & record your experience!
