Cozy season is officially here and I’m soft-launching with the only way I know how: with a girly little glow walk, full of health and wellness tips, along with bonus tips of my own!

I’m easing into these colder months with the simplest, prettiest ritual: a soft girl morning glow walk.

I believe it’s so underrated as a healthy way to move your body and get exercise.

Seriously!

You can literally walk almost anywhere, and if it’s safe- anytime too!

In this blog post, I’m sharing the soft girl ritual I use for daily walks and the health benefits that make it a non-negotiable part of my glow-up routine.

While I’ve highlighted the benefits of both morning AM walks and evening PM walks, again, I adore walks because anytime is literally perfect.


These walks always shift my energy, clear my mind, and remind me that the glow-up is built in tiny, gentle choices.

This is my quick, grounding ritual to reset before the season gets busy.

Why I Love Daily Walks As My Soft Girl Wellness Ritual

Walking is such a timeless form of self-care — gentle, grounding, and available anytime you need to shift your energy. 

This simple practice has supported so many parts of my glow-up: regulating stress, sparking new ideas, easing tension after a long day, and helping me feel feminine and connected again.


Just 10–15 minutes outside can shift my whole energy and your mood overall!

I take glow walks when…

  • I need to move my body

  • After eating to help stimulate my digestive system and keep my energy high, not sluggish

  • I feel overwhelmed

  • I want to reconnect with myself

  • I need a cute moment alone

  • I want to spark ideas for my content or next glow-up move







Daily walks for wellness are quick, free, and instantly elevate my mood.



What small, gentle ritual helps you reset your energy?

Walking has always been one of the easiest ways to reconnect with myself.

It supports my mind, body, and mood without pressure — no specific speed, distance, or performance needed.

Whether I’m doing a casual stroll, experimenting with tai chi walking, or intentionally adding small strength moves like walking lunges or Romanian deadlifts into my fitness routine on other days, walking anchors everything. 



Daily walks keep my glow-up journey intentional and gentle.

Evening PM Walks

I love night walks or walks during the evenings when the sun is just setting. 

There’s something magical and dreamy about stepping outside when the world is quiet — a cozy pink hoodie on, glossy, moisturized lips, just me, my thoughts, and the night air making everything feel clearer.

Of course if you do walk at night, know you are safe!




This can be a good way to unwind before bedtime and really bring a busy day to a gentle, relaxing close.



My PM Glow Walk Setup

  • Pink hoodie or zip-up

  • Fuzzy earmuffs (if it’s cold)

  • Phone on Do Not Disturb

  • A soft girl playlist

  • Lip balm + a little gloss

How Can You Make Your Walk Feel More Feminine and Soft?

Walking can be styled, curated, and elevated just like any other soft-life ritual. You can turn a simple movement moment into something that feels romantic and grounding.

Think of it like a moving meditation where you:

  • breathe deeply

  • reflect gently

  • soften your shoulders

  • reconnect with your energy

  • walk at your own pace, no pressure

I especially love this 4-7-8 breathing technique because it’s highly effective for helping me ground myself, reduce anxiety, and it truly can be done anytime and anywhere. Think: times when you have to be quiet and/or physically still (maybe around others) or perhaps you’re driving and need to decompress before you arrive at your destination. 

I love incorporating breathing techniques and different wellness tools into my daily walks. 




To keep the walk super cute and girly, you can also pair it with a cute walking set, a pink tumbler, a calming playlist, or a weighted vest if you’re looking to build muscle and enhance your walk.

Adding intention always turns the walk (or any moment) into something magical.

Morning AM Walks

I also love morning walks  - waking up early (or right on time aka when it feels right) stepping outside before the day really begins.

It’s a similar vibe as night walks (especially if the weather is chilly outside) — pink hoodie, fresh air, glossy lips, but warm cup in hand — like you’re walking into your next chapter feeling cozy and intentional.

Sometimes I will pair these morning walks with a yoga flow, meditation, or journaling.

Taking morning walks is one of my favorite ways to feel grounded, feminine, and a little magical as I set the tone for the day.

Why Morning Glow Walks Work

Hopefully AM routines are synonymous with Well with Brielle by now!

There is nothing better than using the morning to set the tone for your entire day.

Science also shows that for many of us our brain works best in the morning, so it’s optimal to be intentional, set the tone, and then prioritize your biggest lifts or most difficult tasks first.

Before I dive into my to do list, I like to practice gratitude whether it’s connecting with nature during my walks, or practicing affirmations as I stroll. 

Morning AM walks are an easy, effective way to get moving in the morning and choose your vibe for the day!

I feel so energized and inspired after a morning walk and they do not have to take long at all.

I take morning glow walks when I want to:

  • Wake up softly, not rushed

  • Feel pretty, calm and intentional especially before a busy day

  • Get clarity for project ideas

  • Add structure to my daily wellness routine and self care rituals

  • Start the day feeling high value and calm

Walking daily is one of the softest way to regulate your energy for the whole day.

Of course we are keeping the vibes dreamy,  girly, short, sweet, and feminine. 

My glow walks always become mini check-ins with myself.
