I personally love to do power lifting and/or cardio followed by yoga.
On days where I need to workout I do at least 10 minutes of physical activity followed
by a gentle yoga flow.
Also, there are days where a light yoga flow (or few yoga asanas) followed by meditation
or a breathing exercise is just perfect.
After you’ve incorporated physical movement, end with a soft affirmation or thoughts of gratitude.
