This is a soothing guided meditation designed to ease stress, calm your mind, and help you reconnect with yourself. Follow this simple practice anytime you need steady, grounding relief.

Here is a short guided meditation you can use anytime your mind feels crowded or your body feels tense:

Inhale slowly through your nose for four counts As You Pause Gently.

One

Gentle Pause

Two

Gentle Pause

Three

Gentle Pause

Four

Gentle Pause

Exhale through your mouth for six counts At a Pace That Feels Good For You

One

Two

Three

Four

Five

Six

Repeat this a few times while allowing your shoulders, jaw, and hands to relax.

Let your breath deepen naturally

Notice where your body feels tight and soften your hold on that area with each exhale
