Inhale slowly through your nose for four counts.
Pause gently.
Exhale through your mouth for six counts.
Repeat this a few times while allowing your shoulders, jaw, and hands to relax.
Let your breath deepen naturally.
Notice where your body feels tight and soften your hold on that area with each exhale.
